This wine is made in the Traditional Georgian way in subterranean terracotta jars – Qvevri and exhibits quite fresh, young, lively, light amber to golden color. The aromas are also dominated with primary top-notes and carry fresh citrus fruit and fresh yellow plums. In spite of its young age its structure is perfectly balanced and harmonized. Notes of dried apricots and dates are starting to appear strongly. Full bodied, it is rich of fine tannins from traditional long maceration and already shows a tremendous suppleness and bounty of taste.
