The soil gives it freshness and potency.  Its color is a beautiful intense garnet red, and its aroma presents a fruity and complex scent. It has a fresh full-bodied flavor with powerful tannins. It’s perfect for pairing with dishes made with stewed or grilled red meats, cured meats, game, and medium-aged cheeses.
