Long Meadow Ranch Napa Valley Cabernet 2017

Although Napa is one of our least represented regions, we just couldn’t help ourselves with Long Meadow Ranch and their Cabernets. The Hall family operate a business of wine grapes, grass fed cattle, and farmstead dining under their code of “Excellence through Responsible Farming.”

This wine includes both mountain and valley fruit, all estate grown, for a delightfully earthy, dark fruited and complex Cabernet. Finishes savory and with a hint of vanilla, and beautiful tannins. It’s truly a great wine to celebrate with this year and we don’t see many estate grown Cabs at this price, either. Cheers!
